• You provide a frozen copy of your development area, and compile your applications so they can be tested in parallel.
  
• You provide access to your test database over the internet, via secure VPN tunnels.
  
• You develop acceptance tests which can be repeated both by us and by your team.
  
• You provide a project manager who will coordinate with our project manager using a project plan involving your resources and ours.
  
• You provide VB.NET equivalents for 3-GL calls and VMS dependencies or have us convert them on a time and materials basis. 
  
• You help us validate the initial conversion, and revalidate the final conversion.
  
• Your developers will receive training from us about the architecture of the converted applications.
  
• You implement the converted applications.
